Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers while building scalable customer success operations, processes, playbooks, metrics, and workflows. Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, executive engagement, escalations, and expansion opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Commercial to improve customer outcomes and organizational effectiveness.

Lead and grow relationships with benefits and pharmacy consultants to drive adoption of 9amHealth. Secure partnerships and commercial agreements, represent the company at events, maintain vendor profiles, identify co-marketing and incentive opportunities, and collaborate with sales and marketing to support consultant engagement and strategy.

Provide synchronous video consultations for patients with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and hyperlipidemia. Conduct medical assessments, review histories, address concerns, prescribe or refer when appropriate, and document encounters in the electronic health record. Physicians must hold an MD or DO, active board certification, and an active medical license in applicable states. Prior telemedicine experience is preferred. This is a non-exclusive 1099 independent contractor role.
