Own end-to-end onboarding and technical configuration for employer and partner clients. Manage project plans, stakeholder coordination, HRIS/SSO/data integrations, troubleshooting, documentation, KPIs, and post-launch configuration support to ensure timely, high-quality launches.

Lead and own end-to-end accounting: chart of accounts, month-end close, technical accounting (ASC 606/842/718), tax compliance, 409A/equity accounting, audit readiness, internal controls, and management of outsourced accounting. Partner with CFO, FP&A, auditors, and tax firm while building reporting, automation, and scalable finance processes for a high-growth health tech startup.

The VP of Data will oversee 9amHealth's data functions including data engineering, analytics, and data science while collaborating with executive teams to shape data-driven strategies and improve member experiences in chronic condition management.
