Responsible for profitable sales and service of Wirtgen whole-goods merchandise within an assigned territory or account base. Duties include retaining and growing customer accounts, prospecting new business, managing sales opportunities, preparing quotes, appraising equipment trade-ins, assisting with collections, and maintaining product knowledge. The role requires extensive movement across agricultural sites, vehicle operation, equipment demonstrations, and work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.

Provides administrative support to the sales team by ensuring deal completeness, managing warranty registrations, purchase orders, inventory, invoices, documentation, tax lookup, service requests, and equipment transportation logistics. Coordinates with service and vendors, tracks order accuracy and progress, and supports a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Sells and supports construction technology solutions including grade control, drones, telematics, and machine control systems. Develops territory accounts, prospects for new customers, manages sales pipelines, delivers and installs systems, trains customers, provides support, maintains demonstration inventory, and represents the company at industry events. Requires surveying or geomatics education or relevant hands-on experience, construction technology software knowledge, Topcon machine control familiarity, strong communication and computer skills, and ability to work in demanding job-site conditions.
