The Event Specialist will coordinate and execute 20-40 events annually, managing logistics, collaborating with teams, and tracking performance metrics to achieve marketing goals.

Drive new business and expansions in the Media & Entertainment vertical. Manage enterprise accounts, qualify opportunities, run demos, negotiate contracts, coordinate with Customer Success and cross-functional teams, and meet monthly/quarterly quotas while maintaining accurate CRM records and participating in industry events.

The Customer Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction by helping them with localization solutions and facilitating the onboarding process for multilingual content delivery, while maintaining strong customer relationships and understanding their global strategies.
