Lead Apono’s product organization and oversee its platform and integration with 1Password. Set product direction, manage roadmaps and releases, align cross-functional teams, engage enterprise customers, and coach Product Managers. Partner with Engineering on technical decisions and collaborate with Design, GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver secure access-management products and measurable customer impact.

Improve 1Password’s technical SEO across consumer, PLG, and enterprise websites. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving crawlability, indexing, rendering, performance, structured data, internal linking, and international SEO issues; implementing CMS changes; partnering with engineering on requirements and release QA; leading migration workstreams; and building monitoring, dashboards, automation, and repeatable processes using search, analytics, crawl, log, and CMS data.

Lead 1Password’s developer events and community strategy across San Francisco, New York City, and future markets. Plan conferences, sponsorships, meetups, workshops, dinners, and hosted events; manage budgets, vendors, speakers, venues, and on-site execution. Build lasting developer relationships between events, collaborate with developer advocacy, marketing, and sales, and measure engagement, adoption, and pipeline impact. Capture event content for social channels and represent 1Password in person.
