Embed with the CRO to deliver GTM analytics and insights: write SQL and dbt models, build Looker and Salesforce dashboards, define and track revenue KPIs, forecast and model revenue, partner with GTM leaders and Data Engineering, lead analytics projects, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations to drive upsell and new-business growth.

Responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic National Partners by developing joint business plans, setting sales targets, and executing go-to-market strategies for 1Password.

Provides advanced internal IT support across identity, devices, software, SaaS, and workplace applications. The role resolves complex employee technology issues, manages support workflows, builds AI-assisted automations and self-service resources, analyzes support metrics, and improves onboarding, access, device, and software processes. It also coordinates with security, infrastructure, endpoint, identity, and enterprise systems teams while supporting distributed employees across time zones.
