Operating in areas from fitness to wealth building, Colorado tech companies are building new-age solutions for a digital world. Learn which companies are growing with new funding, partnerships and more with the Built In Colorado Weekly Refresh.

Colorado tech innovators are getting state funding. Venture capital investments in the Centennial State have slowed during 2023, but local technologists are still able to move their ideas forward thanks to the Advanced Industries Early-Stage and Retention Grant. Several early-stage entrepreneurs have benefitted from the grant so far, including Denver-based building intelligence platform BLDX and Boulder’s Urban Farms, a vertical farming company. Techstars partnered with eBay. Boulder-based startup accelerator Techstars announced a new partnership with e-commerce giant eBay. Together, the two businesses developed Techstars Future of E-commerce powered by eBay, an accelerator program designed specifically for e-commerce tech innovators. TIFIN AMP raised funding. This Series A funding round of an undisclosed amount will help TIFIN AMP advance its asset management solution. Recently spun out of parent company TIFIN, the company specializes in artificial intelligence solutions geared toward making investing a more powerful driver of financial well-being. TrainingPeaks will adopt new APIs. Louisville-based TrainingPeaks is a digital training app designed for endurance coaches and athletes. The company announced a new integration of its product with Apple Watch. Through APIs, TrainingPeaks will create custom workout programs that can be imported directly into the Workout app on the Apple Watch. [TrainingPeaks]
