It’s officially fall in Denver. The leaves have changed, and now it is only a matter of time until the Mile High City has its first snowfall of the season. In addition to the anticipation of snow, several tech companies have been anticipating the announcement of new venture capital and acquisitions. Magellan raised $24.9MThe Denver-based internet provider will use this capital to provide internet services to the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians in Michigan. The installation of the necessary infrastructure will begin in early 2023. [Built In Colorado]

Teamwork announced plans to expand in Denver. Based in Ireland, Teamwork is a SaaS company that offers a scalable project management platform for client work. The software company previously leased space at a Denver WeWork location before it closed. Now, the company plans to hire 20 area employees by the end of the year. Denver will also serve as the company’s North American hub. Teamwork has additional hubs in Spain, the U.K., Canada and New York. [Denver Business Journal]

AgriWebb added $6M to its Series BHeadquartered in Australia with a U.S. headquarters in Denver, AgriWebb’s latest raise brings its Series B round to $29.3 million. The agtech company developed a mobile app for farmers to keep track of their data, including livestock and equipment inventory. Crusoe Energy Systems acquired Great American Mining (GAM)Looking to expand its crypto mining capacity, Crusoe Energy acquired North Dakota-based GAM for an undisclosed amount.
