“The ability to customize your rewards should not be an exception. Whether you’re applying for a job, staying for a job or being promoted to another job, your ability to pick and choose what you need at that certain time of your life [is important].” — Brad Brochocki, co-founder and CEO of Bundl

Bundl was featured in Built In’s Future 5 series. The Colorado startup offers a solution that allows employees to adjust and personalize their benefits package. Employers can enter a perk’s description and quantified value, then employees can go in and reallocate their perks without increasing the company’s budget. Down the line, Bundl hopes to offer HR teams insights broken down by industry and geography so they know what perks employees most value. [Built In Colorado]

BioIntelliSense sold rights to distribute its solution. The healthtech company sold distribution rights to Ireland-based Medtronic for its wearable medical device. The BioButton will be added to Medtronic’s portfolio of patient-monitoring devices. This product adheres to a patient’s chest and continuously measures their vital signs. Terms of this partnership deal were not disclosed. [Denver Business Journal]

Lightning eMotors landed a deal with GoBolt. Loveland-based Lightning eMotors retrofits utility vehicle bodies with electric technology, effectively reducing their carbon emissions to zero. Canadian supply chain company GoBolt ordered 70 delivery vans and 100 trucks from Lightning eMotors. With the sale profit, the company will put money toward investments, possible acquisitions and general corporate use. [Denver Business Journal]
