Conga, a digital document transformation company, just opened a new global headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado.

The 88,000-square-foot facility has space for up to 650 employees — more than twice the company’s current Colorado headcount — and features 32 conference rooms and seven scrum areas. Conga currently employs about 300 people in the Colorado office and about 500 globally.

Conga has expanded rapidly in the last three years, growing 858 percent and ranking number 508 on the Inc. 5000 list of fast-growing private companies. It recently hit $100 million in annual recurring revenue and currently boasts 1 million licenses and 11,000 customers.

The new headquarters also comes with some personnel shifts. Brad Mirkovich will join the company as chief revenue officer from his former position as executive vice president and CRO at Accolade, a health and benefits platform. Conga president and chief operating officer Bob DeSantis will transition to a new role as chief strategy officer.

Conga helps customers optimize their processes as they transition their business to digital or manage digital documents and contracts. Its products use artificial intelligence to leverage the data contained in business documents.
