These 5 Tech Companies Are Colorado’s Fastest Growing, According to Inc.

One Colorado-based tech firm cracked the top 100 in Inc. Magazine’s annual list of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies nationwide. 

The magazine released its Inc. 5,000 list on Aug. 14. Inc.’s list only includes private companies that have started generating revenue by the end of March 2015. Those companies are then ranked based on revenue growth they generated between 2015 and 2018. 

This year, 156 companies in Colorado earned a spot on Inc.’s list. Below are the magazine’s top five selections.

Pax8 aggregates managed service providers’ cloud-based software to service their small- and medium-sized business customers. Launched in 2012, the Greenwood Village-based firm generated $42.4 million in 2018, up 4,820 percent from three years ago.

Launched in 2014, Velocity Global helps companies expand their operations overseas, by helping firms recruit globally, smooth immigration processes, and more. The Denver-based firm generated $85.8 million in revenue in 2018, a 2,112 percent increase from three years prior.

The Denver-based ThrivePass helps companies create employee benefit programs like pre-tax benefit policies, performance rewards and advanced learning opportunities. Launched in 2015, ThrivePass generated $4.2 million in revenue in 2018, up 1,654 percent from three years ago.

Realvolve is an internet-based customer relationship management firm that helps real estate agents and brokers manage payment, workflow and other property management tasks. Launched in 2014, Inc. reported the Greenwood Village-based firm generated $2 million in revenue in 2018, up 1,164 percent from three years prior. 

SkyRun Breckenridge

SkyRun Breckenridge is a vacation rental management firm. Similar to Airbnb, SkyRun Breckenridge focuses solely on managing properties in Breckenridge, where the firm is based. Launched in 2009, Inc. reported SkyRun Breckenridge generated $4.3 million in revenue in 2018, a 1,047 percent increase over three years ago.
