As the days get longer and warmer, the atmosphere relaxes around many Colorado offices. Business slows down, vacations pick up and happy hours become more frequent. Many companies take this summer lull as an opportunity to treat their employees to some extra special summer perks. From team getaways to food truck Fridays, see how some companies celebrate summer.

What they do: Brightfin boasts a team of dedicated “mobility advocates.” Their SaaS platform helps businesses manage their mobile devices, carriers and plans — all from one portal — making mobile management more scalable.

Summer perks: During the summer, brightfin offers food truck Fridays, where they host a different food truck each week at their offices and the proceeds go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. They also have a dog-friendly office space, a fully stocked kitchen and a free, 24-hour gym membership.

What they do: AdAction partners with mobile app developers, advertisers and publishers to build effective, performance-based marketing campaigns on iOS and Android platforms.

Summer perks: In addition to seasonal team sports leagues, AdAction takes its team on an all-inclusive company retreat in the summer. The retreat gives employees an opportunity to relax, strengthen relationships, have fun and step away from the day-to-day to think about the bigger picture.

What they do: RevGuard helps businesses optimize customer lifetime value and increase revenue by using split testing and analytics to better understand customer behavior. Over time, they help their clients identify what resonates with consumers — and what doesn’t.

Summer perks: RevGuard holds several seasonal events throughout the year, including holiday celebrations, inner tubing, skiing, hiking and spring fling parties. Each summer, the team heads to a local reservoir to enjoy a day on the water.

What they do: Metric Theory is a Denver-based adtech company that provides data- and tech-driven digital advertising services to businesses all over the country.

Summer perks: Metric Theory holds an annual summer party, visiting places like Tahoe, Steamboat and Carmel. They also enjoy regular happy hours, remote work opportunities and half-day Fridays.
