Provide high-quality in-person customer service at a Flexdrive hub: check-in customers, assign and return rental vehicles, prepare and inspect fleet (fueling, cleaning, telematics, plates), manage lot organization and vehicle transport, flag issues, and uphold brand standards while collaborating with the Operations Lead and partners.
