Lead planning and execution of livestock, equine, and youth agricultural events and competitions. Manage staff, volunteers, budgets, contracts, and partner relations; ensure animal welfare, regulatory compliance, and excellent participant experiences. Develop programming, cultivate industry partnerships, drive revenue growth, and represent the organization at industry events.

Lead development and management of year-round, mission-driven programming at The Legacy, including agriculture education, youth leadership, Western heritage experiences, community engagement, partnerships, and revenue-generating events. Oversee event logistics, scholarship development, cross-department collaboration, and outreach while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and financial sustainability. Requires in-person availability for variable hours and intensive on-site presence during the Stock Show.
