Provide AV systems engineering and live-event technical support across conference rooms, venues, and productions. Maintain, install, and troubleshoot AV hardware, DSP/control systems, networking for AV-over-IP, and livestream workflows. Deliver Tier 1 IT support for endpoints, Microsoft 365 services, identity issues, and basic networking. Manage event setups, testing, on-call support, equipment inventory, and vendor collaboration to ensure reliable event and collaboration platform operations.

Support Western Art operations with digital administration, database management, artwork handling, event logistics, and social media. Duties include updating website content and artist records, inventory tracking and metadata entry, condition reporting, and assisting with high-volume art sales, shipping, and exhibition prep under mentorship.
