Manage and mentor a team of Senior Project Managers delivering enterprise SaaS implementations. Own delivery quality, resolve escalations, partner with Sales/Customer Success/Technical Account Management, drive pre-sales scoping, and run customer engagements while improving delivery frameworks and tooling.

Lead design, launch, and scaling of targeted partner programs to accelerate regional growth, product adoption, incentives, and strategic collaborations.
