Lead end-to-end customer implementations, including rollout planning, construction and site-readiness oversight, installation coordination, ERP tracking, technician supervision, and go-live support. Serve as the primary customer liaison, align technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage contractors and vendors, resolve deployment issues, conduct field assessments, and ensure network infrastructure, equipment configuration, timelines, and customer expectations are met across multiple healthcare sites.
