Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including engineering coordination, permitting, construction execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and closeout. Deploy project management frameworks, translate contracts into scopes/schedules/budgets, lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors/contractors, track KPIs, mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and provide executive reporting. Oversee construction project managers and align corporate functions to project goals. Travel required for field oversight.
