Lead development of a revenue systems data mart, establish data governance and definitions, replace spreadsheet-based administration with governed tooling, and coordinate backlog delivery across RevOps, Finance, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Sales. Manage operational rhythms, issue triage, system maintenance, documentation, and quote-to-cash workflows while balancing interim solutions with long-term platform improvements.

Own and evolve the end-to-end billing platform: data model, billing engine logic, product catalog, and automation. Define roadmap from billing foundations to self-service, partner with Finance/RevOps/Legal/Engineering, reduce manual invoicing through automation, ensure revenue recognition accuracy, and communicate strategy to executive stakeholders.
