Diagnoses hardware, software, Linux, Android, networking, and RF/QAM issues; reproduces defects in laboratory environments; partners with engineering, QA, manufacturers, and field teams; performs release testing; maintains technical documentation and training materials; and manages escalation cases and resolution metrics in Salesforce.

Provides high-volume executive administrative support for multiple C-level leaders. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel coordination, confidential HR and financial data management, proactive issue resolution, cross-functional collaboration across office locations, and use of AI tools to automate correspondence, meeting documentation, and workflows.

Design, test, and implement process improvements across business units using BPMN, automation, AI, and data analytics. Coordinate cross-functional pilots, apply Lean Six Sigma methods to identify root causes, deliver measurable KPI improvements, and present findings and roadmaps to leadership while enabling training and change management.

Serve as a CX specialist across Boost Mobile, DISH TV, OnTech, and Sling TV. Conduct live phone/chat interactions (minimum 20 hrs/month), evaluate and use generative AI tools, validate tool/process enhancements, observe customer journeys, and deliver data-backed recommendations to improve agent tools and customer experience.
