Monitors and reconciles data integrations between the Catalyst Claims Platform, HRIS/HCM systems, and customer Workday environments. Identifies and resolves data discrepancies, integration errors, and file-feed issues using Excel, EIB processing, and system updates. Partners with customers and internal teams, supports HRIS implementations, prepares operational reporting, uses AI tools for analysis and validation, and mentors new analysts. Requires disability or leave claims experience, HRIS integration knowledge, advanced Excel skills, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration.

Investigate and resolve escalated disability and leave claim concerns, inquiries, and processing issues. Conduct root cause analysis, identify trends, maintain escalation data, and recommend process and communication improvements. Report findings to leadership and coach operational partners on customer experience practices.

Manages enrollment and reenrollment communication projects for executive benefits customers. Transforms data from multiple systems into accurate branded documents, audits materials for quality, fulfills paper and digital document requests, runs reports and queries, troubleshoots issues, supports partners, and recommends process improvements.

Leads the design, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of marketing review processes. Coordinates Marketing, Legal, Compliance, technology, vendors, and audit stakeholders; oversees workflow tools, controls, documentation, reporting, training, access management, and issue resolution. Improves transparency, audit readiness, user experience, regulatory adherence, and speed to market for marketing content approvals.
