Lead and scale Operational Excellence across Issue Management, Customer Complaints, Identity Theft & Credit Disputes, and Quality Control. Build strategy, operating model, governance, reporting, and quality programs; drive root-cause analysis, regulatory readiness, cross-functional initiatives, automation, and continuous improvement while mentoring teams and delivering measurable operational and customer outcomes.
