Provides inbound customer support for Vertafore software through calls, chats, emails, and cases. Resolves basic product, computer software, network, database, and operating system issues; documents resolutions; educates customers on self-service; tracks problem trends; coordinates with internal teams; and assists peers. The role requires office-based or hybrid work, up to 10% travel, and familiarity with SQL, Windows environments, or accounting is beneficial.
