Lead strategic planning, business-review cadences, and cross-functional execution for name.com and Identity Digital. Drive MBR/QBRs, weekly leadership and board meeting prep, OKR/KPI design and reporting, OPEX management, internal communications, and stakeholder alignment across finance, product, engineering, marketing, support, and BD to translate leadership priorities into measurable plans and outcomes.

Serve as the on-island liaison for the .ai TLD: manage stakeholder inquiries, coordinate with GOA and Identity Digital teams, support PR/communications, deliver presentations, produce technical documentation and reports, and participate in incident reviews to ensure registry service continuity.
