The Billing Operations Analyst supports cross-functional teams by resolving billing inquiries, managing requests, and enhancing operational efficiency in the Finance department.

Provide advanced technical support for public-sector customers running mission-critical, highly regulated hybrid and multi-cloud workloads on Datadog. Troubleshoot complex issues across integrations, APIs, networking, cloud, and OS layers; handle escalations and incidents; mentor junior engineers; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to validate bugs and drive adoption. Work in-office on a hybrid schedule and participate in on-call rotations.

Lead the global network and A/V teams, managing infrastructure, vendor relations, and ensuring high-performance services across Datadog offices.
