Manage and develop a team of 10–12 payroll tax care experts. Oversee productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, escalations, service levels, and tax case outcomes. Coach agents, provide subject matter expertise on payroll tax filing and recovery, monitor regulatory changes, deliver reporting and analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements, support guidelines, and customer experience initiatives.
