Manage daily collections support tasks including email case queue resolution, UCC filings and terminations, processing legal fees/defaults/wires/write-offs, manual skip tracing, maintaining dialer metrics, executing payments, auditing records in Salesforce, and supporting projects to improve processes and efficiencies.

Provide phone-based customer service for small business lending: answer inbound calls, resolve account and payment issues, create payment plans, update accounts, and educate customers on products. Complete a four-week training program and deliver high-quality, empathetic verbal and written support while working remotely.

Support a core P&L by identifying operational problems, analyzing data (SQL, BI), building predictive models, driving cross-functional alignment, and owning end-to-end implementation to improve customer experience and revenue.
