Own and optimize Dynatrace’s marketing technology stack across selection, implementation, integrations, governance, documentation, and retirement. Develop the martech roadmap, evaluate tools, manage system configuration and data flows, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades and migrations. Define metrics and dashboards for adoption, utilization, data quality, performance, efficiency, and ROI. Partner with Marketing, IT, Business Operations, Legal, Analytics, and enablement teams to improve tool governance, training, and business value.
