Owns recurring revenue operations cadences, commission audits, Salesforce administration, reporting, data quality, and operational support for acquisition, payments, and upsell teams. Builds dashboards, investigates data issues, maintains SOPs, supports sales managers, tests workflows, and uses AI tools to automate reporting, analysis, documentation, and QA.

Supports the CEO with calendar management, executive communications, leadership meetings, travel, expenses, and event logistics. Manages Denver office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, budgets, access, onboarding setups, and workplace compliance. Partners with People & Culture on employee events, celebrations, onboarding, and support for local and visiting employees. Requires discretion, strong communication, organization, multitasking, vendor-management skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
