Manage and conduct onsite and desk reviews of primary servicers to assess compliance with servicing agreements and trust documents. Lead stakeholder interviews, write audit and operational reports, analyze loan-level requests, and approve/deny actions within agreement parameters. Coordinate project timelines, perform risk and best-practice analyses, and present findings to senior management.

Provide compliance support for master servicing and securitization transactions: track insurance certificates, collect closing documents, manage and QC transaction summaries and databases, monitor ratings and reporting, respond to auditors and counsel, maintain policies, and assist with repurchase/repairs workflow.
