Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, architecture, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity roles. Responsibilities include proactive outbound sourcing, passive-candidate engagement, technical screening, talent-market mapping, compensation benchmarking, hiring strategy advising, AI-assisted recruiting, offer negotiation, and pipeline management. The role targets 16 or more technical hires per quarter, maintains a 30-day time-in-process goal, and requires five days per week onsite.

Advise corporate leaders on strategic hiring using AI-driven market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, talent density analysis, and proactive sourcing.
