Senior People Business Partner embedded with Customer Experience leadership to drive org design, workforce strategy, performance processes, and high-stakes talent decisions. Manage and develop two People Partners, synthesize people data into action, build scalable processes and playbooks, operationalize programs end-to-end, and own execution of org changes through to completion.

Serve as a high-ownership People Business Partner for Engineering, Data Science, and Security/IT. Drive organizational design, performance cycles, promotions, calibrations, manager enablement, and employee relations. Translate People programs for technical orgs, synthesize people data into action, run org changes end-to-end, and build scalable people frameworks and processes.

Drive people operations for assigned small business clients: lead hiring, onboarding, performance and compliance; advise leadership on workforce planning, org design, succession, and development; administer HR data, payroll/benefits support, and deliver excellent client service while leveraging HR technology and analytics.
