Administer and configure HRIS with a primary focus on Workday Learning. Manage data integrity, generate HR reports, resolve HRIS tickets, support Workday releases, provide user training, maintain documentation, and analyze HR data to inform stakeholders and improve HR processes.

Lead design, implementation, and delivery of technical and compliance training programs for manufacturing. Maintain training matrix, perform needs assessments, create materials (eLearning, manuals, instructor guides), deliver hands-on and virtual training, support audits, partner with manufacturing and HR leaders, and measure training effectiveness to drive workforce proficiency and operational readiness.
