Partners with business leaders to align capability development with strategic goals, modernizes learning technology, builds personalized upskilling programs, and measures learning impact, skill velocity, behavioral adoption, internal mobility, and return on investment.

Lead design and scaling of enterprise digital learning infrastructure, integrate generative AI and digital talent platforms, build agile skills inventories, design curriculum and manager coaching frameworks, and deliver predictive analytics and dashboards to measure skill velocity and business impact.

Design, develop, implement, and evaluate synchronous, asynchronous, and blended learning solutions. Partner with SMEs and business units to create eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, assessments, and metrics-driven improvements. Manage multiple instructional design projects, facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions, and leverage e-learning tools (including Articulate and AI-enabled technologies) to improve associate performance and ROI.
