The Senior Embedded Software Engineer will design and maintain software for aerospace systems, debug hardware, and collaborate on software features in a reliable and high-performance environment.

Lead development of guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems from concept to flight-ready software. Design and simulate algorithms, translate requirements into embedded implementations, support HIL and flight test, analyze test data, coordinate across vehicle design, avionics, structures and testing, and document results while mitigating technical risk.

Design, fabricate, and test prototype solid rocket motor hardware and manufacturing processes. Lead cross-functional communication, develop CAD models and drawings, create test plans, analyze test data, investigate failures, and manage schedules and documentation.

Lead architecture, integration, and lifecycle management of propulsion test infrastructure and controls for solid rocket motor programs. Own design and commissioning of fluid, electrical, controls, instrumentation, and DAQ systems; ensure safety, test readiness, data integrity, and repeatable static-fire campaigns. Provide cross-functional technical leadership, mentor engineers, perform root-cause analysis, and drive long-term facility and infrastructure roadmaps.

Lead technical owner for solid rocket motor product development and deployment. Direct multidisciplinary teams through design, analysis, testing, qualification, and production-readiness. Establish product architecture, drive trade studies, manage risk mitigation and test campaigns, oversee data reduction and correlation, and support customer technical exchanges to ensure performance, safety, and manufacturability.
