Leads end-to-end quality assurance for Workday implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ERP-related initiatives. Develops QA strategies, test plans, and frameworks; oversees functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing; manages defects, test data, environments, releases, and quality reporting. Partners with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure UAT readiness, issue resolution, requirements alignment, and adherence to QA governance and best practices.
