Engineer and lead complex AWS contact center (Amazon Connect) implementations, owning end-to-end solution design, IVR and routing, API integrations, reusable code libraries, testing strategies, and migration efforts. Act as subject matter expert across pre- and post-sales, collaborate with clients and IT architecture teams, and provide technical leadership, optimization, and team management for CCaaS projects.
