Serve as a Datadog technical expert for partners: onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical teams; support partner initiatives (demos, POCs, migrations); advocate partner technical needs internally; analyze partner services and recommend Datadog adoption improvements; collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize features and curate best practices for platform adoption and success.

As a Services Architect, you'll lead Datadog implementations, develop technical roadmaps, manage projects, and collaborate with teams to enhance customer onboarding.

Design, build, and operate multi-region, multi-cloud network infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Own cloud-to-cloud and customer connectivity, troubleshoot latency/packet-loss via pcap and path analysis, set technical direction for network expansion, improve cross-region connectivity, and identify network cost and efficiency improvements while participating in incident response and on-call rotation.

Partner with Field and Product teams to design and implement LLM observability architectures, build proofs-of-concept, produce technical collateral, and advise customers to drive adoption and product feedback.
