Build testing tools, frameworks, metrics, and standards for Cedar’s engineering teams. Improve test-suite reliability, speed, coverage, service-to-service testing, and CI/CD integration. Establish testing best practices, connect tests to product behavior, and lead quality-improvement projects from investigation through adoption. The role requires strong software development and testing expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience using modern testing frameworks and measuring test performance and reliability.

Leads approximately 35 engineers across data engineering, integration engineering, and integration support. Owns delivery predictability, manager development, operational reliability, SLA performance, data platform modernization, integration scalability, and organizational clarity. Partners with product, data science, commercial, and delivery teams while overseeing healthcare integrations with EHR systems, enterprise data infrastructure, incident management, and client-facing reliability commitments.

Lead technical integrations of Cedar's platform with client healthcare systems: discover requirements, map data formats, validate data/UAT, communicate technical security and authentication needs, manage complex projects, and represent customer needs to engineering and product teams.
