Lead verification for complex FPGA SoC designs for space and high-reliability systems. Develop and execute verification using VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog and OVM/UVM with Xilinx Vivado/Vitis and Mentor ModelSim/QuestaSim. Collaborate with electrical and FPGA engineers through the program lifecycle, ensure requirements flow-down, maintain documentation, and present results across teams.

Lead and coordinate Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) activities, manage risks, change control, and deliverables, prepare for program reviews, perform technical writing and presentations, and maintain customer and partner relationships while providing team leadership and schedule/risk management for space-based mission systems.

The role involves system performance analysis using custom tools, developing new algorithms, and supporting project milestones while ensuring effective communication and documentation.

Support modeling and simulation tools for performance requirements analysis in mission systems. Collaborate on projects, develop algorithms, and create presentations.

Perform end-to-end payload performance analysis for EO and multispectral sensors, conducting radiometric, spatial, and spectral assessments, modeling unresolved imagery, supporting requirements, verification/validation, and interfacing with systems, calibration, image processing, and hardware teams to verify payload performance across mission scenarios and environments.
