Use statistical tools (SPC, Cp/Cpk, Gage R&R, DOE) and root-cause methods to drive corrective actions, verify effectiveness, and partner with engineering to ensure flight-quality hardware. Travel to suppliers as needed and support disposition and production release decisions.
