Join a new in-house creative team to expand and elevate the brand across identity, campaigns, product, events, motion, and design systems. Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop concepts, build scalable Figma design systems, produce work from early sketches to final assets, and help grow the creative department while maintaining craft and intentional design.

Design and drive UX/UI for web-based applications: conduct user research, develop workflows and interfaces, collaborate with engineers, attend standups, lead design critiques, and shepherd designs from research through implementation.
