The Identity Security Manager oversees IAM and PAM programs, ensuring secure access management, lifecycle processes, and compliance with regulations while leading a team and continuous improvement efforts.

Manage incoming network security policy requests (firewall, microsegmentation, proxy, WAF); participate in on-call break/fix; support B2B VPNs, network and data center stand-ups, M&A efforts; conduct security assessments, log reviews, incident investigation, and develop/update security policies and procedures.

Lead and mature detection and incident response lifecycle, run day-to-day SOC operations, manage on‑call readiness, drive SIEM detections and automation, coordinate cross‑team responses, maintain playbooks and run readiness exercises, mentor analysts, and ensure regulatory and post‑incident improvements.
