Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for Eve’s legal technology platform across enterprise law firm accounts. Lead onboarding, maximize product utilization, demonstrate client ROI, develop case studies and use cases, gather feedback for product improvements, and maintain strong client relationships. Manage a smaller book of business with $10M–$20M in ARR ownership while delivering strategic upsells, cross-sells, and high customer satisfaction. The role requires legal industry expertise, analytical ability, project management, communication skills, and willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.

Lead customer onboarding and implementation of Eve's SaaS legal solutions. Deliver training, configure workflows, track implementation metrics, optimize solutions, and collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to ensure customer adoption and success.
