Lead and scale Customer Success to ensure outcome-based value realization, improve revenue retention, reduce churn, and enable expansion. Build segment-specific playbooks, orchestrate cross-functional execution across Sales, Delivery, Support, and Billing, own renewal readiness and executive engagements, hire and develop CSM leadership, and report CS metrics (GRR, NRR, health scores, CSQLs) to executive leadership.
