Translates client requirements into technical blueprints, partners with product and engineering teams, develops performance-improvement roadmaps, analyzes healthcare authorization data, maintains dashboards and reports, monitors KPIs, and identifies opportunities to scale consultation workflows.

Leads a team of eight Solution Architects supporting complex healthcare platform implementations. Establishes solution design standards, oversees BRD/FRD documentation and future-state workflows, manages escalations, balances account assignments, and coordinates with delivery, configuration, QA, and program teams. Represents Solution Architecture with clients and executives while developing scalable training materials, templates, and playbooks. Requires deep healthcare payer, utilization management, or prior authorization expertise and significant technical leadership experience.
