Job Description:

We've captured the attention of industry giants and renowned organizations with our innovative Safety products. As the Vice President of Sales at Visionify, you will be a key member of our executive team and responsible for building and leading a high-performance sales organization. You will play a critical role in defining our sales strategy, expanding our customer base, and ensuring our revenue targets are met. If you are a seasoned sales leader with a strong track record of success in B2B services, we want to hear from you.


  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including sales managers, account executives, and sales development representatives.
  • Create and implement sales processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform product and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics to track and measure sales performance.
  • Continuously assess and improve sales training and development programs.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to the executive team and board of directors.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling B2B sales organizations within venture-backed startups.
  • Deep understanding of B2B services sales, with experience in complex sales cycles and enterprise-level contracts.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience with venture capital fundraising and investor relations is a plus.
