Partners with the legal team (including external counsel) as needed/required.
  • Talent retention and development: Assist Digital managers in the completion of the process and advise on the best ways to evaluate collaborators and provide constructive feedback. Put in place the required action plans to address areas of improvement identified during the process. These efforts will include managing and monitoring succession planning efforts for Ria Digital.
  • Employee engagement: Lead efforts to understand employee engagement to create plans and strategies to enhance existing levels of employee morale, increase productivity and improve retention. Efforts should be continuous in nature; not once-a-year exercise. Partnership with senior leadership and managers is critical to ensure feedback is acted upon in a timely and responsible manner.
  • Policies: Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Create new policies and modify existing policies as needed to support the business to minimize potential liabilities.
  • Training and skills enhancement: Identify training needs based on managers' and employees' feedback, as well as business requirements to ensure the Digital workforce is prepared to meet current and future demands. Analyze the suitability and efficiency of the training activities to ensure they meet staff and business needs.
  • Reporting: Ensure HR databases are up to date to have reliable statistics and HR KPIs. Analyze business metrics and HR reports to identify HR-related opportunities for improvement.
  • Stakeholder management: Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Become well-versed with business strategies and business plans to be an active advocate for the business.
