Job Summary

DispatchHealth is recruiting a Vice President of Sales Operations, who will be responsible for architecting, building and optimizing the sales operations function across all revenue-generating teams.

The Vice President must be an accountable and inspirational leader. The successful candidate must employ an entrepreneurial spirit and embody a sense of urgency around desire to transform care delivery. Our solutions are broad and expanding, so the ideal candidate must be creative, aggressive, dynamic and most importantly, have a demonstrated ability to design and execute strategic initiatives that enhance sales productivity and performance.

As the company’s products, services and markets grow, this leader must be able to rapidly scale the sales operations functions across all channels. In this role, the leader will work cross-functionally between our sales, partner success, clinical delivery and analytics teams to build the customer management foundation. Critical to success will be the design and deployment of go-to-market playbooks, process mapping and improvement, strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, resource allocation and pipeline analytics.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, data-driven and has exceptional relationship-building skills. This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and will be remote with travel expectations to Denver headquarters and for key meetings.

This leader will be essential in building the structure and workflows to drive performance across the sales organization and laying the foundation for scale as the company grows. This role sits at the intersection between our commercial engine and our operations teams, and demands ongoing prioritization, scenario planning and decision-making to ensure all teams are aligned with appropriate goals and are on pace to achieve them. 


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of the structure, workflows, dashboards and ongoing performance management of SFDC, the company’s CRM.
  • Identify third party applications to support performance including data mining, communication and campaign management, dashboarding and reporting and forecasting.
  • Leverage data to support sales leadership in highlighting and inspiring the teams to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Partner closely with sales leaders to develop creative sales plans and strategies across assigned territories and ensure engagement and adoption of best practices across the field organization.
  • Partner closely with analysts and finance to ensure coordination across forecasting and planning initiatives.
  • Work closely with Growth leadership to select, evaluate and recruit new sales talent.
  • Continually assess impact of lead generation efforts and collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to address opportunities to improve performance.
  • Accurately forecast performance and highlight areas of risk to leadership on an ongoing basis.
  • Leverage sales and leadership experience to mentor and coach team as they grow and develop
  • Drive the analytics to evaluate costs/benefit of strategic initiatives intended to foster increased rep productivity and performance.

Qualifications

  • Ten+ years of strategy and sales operations experience in high-growth environments across broad solutions and market segments.
  • Bachelor degree - advanced degree preferred
  • Excellent ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and vendors to ensure tight coordination across teams.
  • Expertise scaling sales operations functions and deploying staged launches of functionality.
  • Experience incorporating new processes, workflows and stakeholders into the sales operations platform in a predictable, seamless manner.
  • Strong executive presence and highly developed cross-functional communication and
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex environments.
  • Sound analytics thinking who can cull data sources and propose actionable recommendations collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker who can succinctly evaluate variables and provide clear recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
