Job Summary 

DispatchHealth is recruiting a Vice President of Sales – East, who will be responsible for driving partnership development across targeted enterprise customers, including health systems, risk bearing providers and potentially employers along the Eastern corridor of the United States. The Vice President must be an accountable and inspirational leader. The successful candidate must employ an entrepreneurial spirit and embody a sense of urgency around desire to transform care delivery. Our solutions are broad and expanding, so the ideal candidate must be creative, aggressive, dynamic and most importantly, have a demonstrated ability to drive new markets and build segments through innovative partnerships. It will be critical for this leader to articulate the vision for the future. 

DispatchHealth is pursuing multiple growth channels and this role will enable an experienced leader to bring insight and expertise to fuel smart, strategic growth. The company is pursuing a rapid expansion plan over the next 24 months and the commercial function will be critical to driving the company’s success. This team is in the foundational stage of development and this role offers the opportunity to define and build a high-performing team.

This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and will be remote with travel expectations to Denver headquarters and for key meetings.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Secure partnerships in new and existing markets across DispatchHealth’s at-home medical solutions. 
  • Propose and develop innovative pricing strategies including risk sharing, joint ventures and other means of aligning incentives between prospective partners and the DispatchHealth mission. 
  • Forecast deal flow and architect complex partnerships including direct alliances, joint ventures and other types of long-term enterprise sales. 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a coordinated effort around product strategy, positioning, communication and expectation setting during the partnership development process. 
  • Provide insight and recommendations to executive team about market opportunities, product innovations and partnership strategies to accelerate growth and market adoption. 
  • Foster a culture of sales excellence and accountability across the growth organization. 
  • Partner with leads of Partner Success and Operations to ensure business case assumptions are aligned with the company’s core capabilities. 

Qualifications 

  • Ten+ years of sales excellence in tech enabled health care services with a deep understanding of the value-based health care industry in the eastern United States. 
  • Bachelor degree at a minimum (MBA or other advanced degree preferred) 
  • Advanced understanding of payor strategies and deal structures that align interests and drive mutual performance. 
  • Expertise in deal development, strategy and contracting, with a propensity for rapidly iterating on partnership structures in a hyper growth environment. 
  • Experience building trust with senior-level executives at health care organizations and technology companies. 
  • Strong executive presence and highly developed cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Strategic thinker who can succinctly evaluate variables and provide clear recommendations for both internal and external stakeholders.
