Technical Solution Architect

We help companies manage their onboarding and implementation processes, drive greater efficiencies, and create unmatched customer experiences – all within Salesforce.

We’re looking for a Technical Solution Architect to join our team. It will be your responsibility to ensure initial success for our customers that need some extra Salesforce + TaskRay technical depth to meet their desired outcomes. This is an entrepreneurial role where you will seek out ways to align with key customers and internal/external stakeholders to ensure a successful launch of TaskRay, You will use your Salesforce technical skills, project management skills, and business process consulting skills to ensure our customers receive the first class experience they deserve.

Some traits we're looking for, from you:

  • You are an expert in Salesforce, including Flows and Process Builders

  • You measure your success by the success of our customers post-sale and you enjoy helping customers obtain better outcomes by helping them refine requirements as they relate to their business outcomes

  • You are a technical evangelist who is obsessed with learning new software

  • You are eager for the opportunity to use both your technical skills and drive for partner and customer satisfaction

  • You have a knack for project management and can balance working with 10+ clients concurrently

What your day to day looks like:

  • Work with new and existing clients to deploy optimal TaskRay solutions

  • Partner with Support, Onboarding, and Account Management to identify clients to work with

  • Work with customers to increase user adoption and speed the time up to realize the value of our products

  • Work with a high volume of customers concurrently, sometimes aligning and supporting their Salesforce SI (system integrator)

  • Meet with customers to help them envision their ideal solution then help to build it

  • Write Statements of Work for client engagements to define scope

  • Be the ‘go-to’ expert for technical guidance and architectural recommendations

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience consulting on the Salesforce platform

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience architecting on the Salesforce platform

  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator capability, you likely have multiple certifications too!

  • Salesforce Developer experience preferred

  • Comfortable balancing implementations, business process consulting, and project management for 10+ clients at any given time

  • Able to create a partnership between yourself and customer; be a trusted advisor for the client while partnering with the Account Managers, Onboarding and Support teams

  • Able to work at different levels in the organization; technical user to C level

  • Skilled at balancing technical terminology with business acumen

  • Travel Requirements < 15%
