About the Role
The Strategic Cloud Partnerships Director will play an important role in working on key accounts and Quantum Metric’s biggest opportunities. We are looking for someone who can make an immediate impact with a strong network and who can expand upon the relationships Quantum Metric has with Google Cloud today. The Strategic Cloud Partnerships Director will regularly work with account teams across Quantum Metric and Google to generate and accelerate pipeline, establishing best practices for winning deals and for structuring customer incentives. This person will also be responsible for growing our footprint within Google, building the partnership for our next focus partner within Google’s ecosystem and also expanding our influence to additional departments outside of Google Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Focus on generating and accelerating Quantum Metric pipeline for Google’s vertical select accounts.
- Collaborate on the company’s largest opportunities and advise on deal strategy between the Quantum Metric and Google Cloud field sales teams. Ensure correct documentation and processes are followed, also manage expectations and timelines between teams.
- Build relationships with the Google Cloud teams specific to the following verticals: telco/media/entertainment/gaming, healthcare/life sciences, financial services, and retail/CPG/hospitality.
- Organize and lead presentations for field sales manager team meetings. Manage follow ups from these presentations.
- Enable Quantum Metric and Google sellers on our joint value proposition and when to introduce Quantum Metric into accounts.
- Identify the next most impactful partner within Google Cloud’s ecosystem for Quantum Metric, establish a framework for the partnership, and execute on plan.
- Identify opportunities on how to further grow our partnership, possibly to other divisions within Google, and what the cosell opportunities would be.
- Utilize your network at Google to drive more conversations and joint engagements.
Requirements
- 5 years of technology related sales or partnerships experience.
- Experience selling cloud solutions, enterprise software, or analytical tools.
- Experience working with and managing partnerships with enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated track record of beating quota and target metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment - a self-starter who exhibits passion, persistence, and integrity in all that you do.
- Exemplify the following traits - articulate, thoughtful, professional, organized, concise, humble and accountable, with excellent communication skills and a high emotional IQ.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud products is a plus.
- Experience working in the digital experience analytics space or familiarity with Quantum Metric a plus.

- Compensation: OTE $200K- $225K USD depending on experience, 60/40 base to variable split
