Software Sales Executive (Remote)

We are seeking an ambitious, career-minded sales professional to join our sales team in Michigan. As a Sales Executive, you will focus on closing new business within the insurance carrier market.
Our Sales Executives:
• Use their expertise to identify and close new business.
• Present complex, solution- selling techniques at the executive level.
• Are subject matter experts for our customers, making recommendations to customers that align business needs to technology solutions and services.
• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
• Lead large scale RFPs.
• Contribute to the improvement of our sales process.
Requirements:
• Degree preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer centric and motivated to help people.
• Able to build productive working relationships internally and externally and work as a team.
• Excels in fast-paced, agile team environment.
• Aptitude for learning.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Technically proficient – advanced knowledge of: WEBEX, Word, Excel, MS Office, PowerPoint, CRM systems.
• Able to accomplish individual and team goals through personal organization and time management.
• Previous success in a business-to-business software sales experience role preferred.
• Insurance or financial services Industry experience is a plus.
• 50% travel.
